客戶端（app client / web client）在呼叫 do_check 前，先 read-only 查詢是否有重複登入（concurrent-login-guard / D13 customer variant）。

與 /auth/precheck 的差異：

• 不驗帳密（已透過 Bearer token 認證）
• 無 precheck lease 機制，不會回 precheck_throttled
• conflict_key 以 (task_num, out_num, agent) 識別，非 user_id
